Burn 1000 offers high-intensity, competitive workout sessions designed to burn fat and calories fast. Each boot camp-style session aims to burn 1,000 calories, using equipment like sandbags, torsonator, battleropes, deadballs and Olympic weights. Sessions are held outdoors in North Sydney and Sydney CBD.
